Get the fit right first.
All measurements are in inches, taken with the garment laid flat. Cotton can move about half an inch either way between batches — if you're between sizes, size up.
Adult t-shirts
Measured flat, garment laid out. Chest is the full width doubled. Softstyle 6400 runs a touch slimmer than the Hammer H000.

Heavy Blend 18500 fleece. Hoodies sit roomier than tees — order your normal tee size for a regular fit, one up for oversized.

Most of what we stock is one-size adjustable. Flexfit styles are stretch-fitted, so pick the band size that matches your head circumference in inches.

How to measure

Use a shirt you already like
Lay it flat, smooth out the wrinkles, and measure across the chest one inch below the armpit seam. Double that number and match it to the chest column.

Check the body length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem. That tells you whether a size will sit long or crop short on you.

Think about the fit you want
Softstyle and Bella+Canvas run closer to the body. Hammer and Heavy Blend run classic. For an oversized look, go one size up.
